Hotel Policy
General
- Safe deposit boxes are available in all guest rooms for the secure storage of valuables.
- The Management accepts no responsibility for loss of money, valuables, jewelry, or other personal belongings on the hotel premises.
- The Management also declines any responsibility for damage to and/or loss of vehicles and their contents parked in the hotel car park.
- Guests are advised that smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the hotel. Any violation of this policy will incur a penalty fee of THB 5,000.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during arrival, departure, and while in common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, or other public spaces.
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children throughout the stay.
- Pets are not permitted within the resort premises.
Bookings
- Rates in Thai Baht are per room, per night
- All room rates and services are subject to a 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Each reservation is subject to the hotel provider’s change and cancellation policy, which may vary.
- To confirm your booking, a valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
- In the event of a prepaid reservation cancellation, guests will be charged the applicable change or cancellation fees as stated in the confirmation email or indicated in the hotel’s policy.
Check-in & Check-Out
Check in time is 15.00 and Check out time is 12.00
- Early check-in: subject to 100 percent of charges
- Late check-out: After 12.00 PM but before 04.00 PM is subject to 50 percent of the room night charges. After 04.00 PM is subject to 1 additional night.
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID of the primary guest and booking details, including the confirmation letter, or booking number, at the reception desk. The Hotel does not accept third person/party details.
Children
- Guests aged below 2 years old are free of charge when sharing an existing bed with parents.
- Guests aged 2-11 years will be subject to an additional charge for an extra bed and daily breakfast at 50% rate per person from the regular price.
- Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
- Guests aged 12 years and above will be subject to an additional charge for an extra bed and daily breakfast.
Festive Season
- The New Year’s Eve Dinner & Countdown is on 31 December, 8 p.m. – late. Complimentary in rate for all reservations stay over 31 December for 2 adults.
- Reservations will not be accepted with check-out date on 31 December

ทางโรงแรมจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือการสูญหายของยานพาหนะและทรัพย์สินภายในรถที่จอดอยู่ในลานจอดของโรงแรม - อนุญาตให้สูบบุหรี่ได้เฉพาะในพื้นที่ที่ทางโรงแรมกำหนดเท่านั้น หากฝ่าฝืนจะมีค่าปรับและค่าธรรมเนียมเป็นจำนวน 5,000 บาท
- เด็กต้องมีผู้ปกครองดูแลขณะเดินทางมาถึง ออกเดินทาง และขณะอยู่ในพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง เช่น ล็อบบี้ ห้องอาหาร หรือพื้นที่สาธารณะอื่น ๆ
- ผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ดูแลต้องรับผิดชอบต่อพฤติกรรมและความปลอดภัยของเด็กตลอดระยะเวลาที่เข้าพัก
- ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามาภายในบริเวณรีสอร์ต
- ราคาห้องพักคิดเป็นเงินบาท ต่อห้อง ต่อคืน
- ราคาห้องพักและค่าบริการทั้งหมดรวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม 7% และค่าบริการ 10%
- เงื่อนไขการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกการจองขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการโรงแรม ซึ่งอาจแตกต่างกันในแต่ละกรณี
- การยืนยันการจองต้องใช้บัตรเครดิตที่ยังใช้งานได้เพื่อเป็นการรับประกันการจอง
- หากมีการยกเลิกการจองแบบชำระเงินล่วงหน้า จะมีการเรียกเก็บค่าธรรมเนียมตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุในอีเมลยืนยันหรือในนโยบายของโรงแรม

- เช็กอินก่อนเวลา คิดค่าบริการเต็มจำนวน 100%
- เช็กเอาต์หลังเวลา 12.00 น. ถึง 16.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาห้องพักต่อคืน เช็กเอาต์หลัง 16.00 น. คิดค่าบริการเท่ากับ 1 คืนเต็ม
ผู้เข้าพักต้องแสดงบัตรประชาชนหรือเอกสารราชการที่มีรูปถ่ายของผู้จองหลัก พร้อมรายละเอียดการจอง เช่น ใบยืนยันการจองหรือหมายเลขการจอง ณ แผนกต้อนรับ โรงแรมไม่รับการเช็กอินโดยใช้ชื่อหรือข้อมูลของบุคคลที่สาม
- เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี สามารถพักร่วมกับผู้ปกครองโดยใช้เตียงร่วมกันได้โดยไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
- เด็กอายุ 2–11 ปี คิดค่าบริการเตียงเสริมและอาหารเช้าเพิ่มในอัตรา 50% จากราคาปกติ
- ผู้เข้าพักที่มีอายุ 12 ปีขึ้นไป จะถือว่าเป็นผู้ใหญ่
- ผู้เข้าพักที่มีอายุ 12 ปีขึ้นไป จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมสำหรับเตียงเสริมและอาหารเช้าต่อวัน
- งานเลี้ยงอาหารค่ำและเคาท์ดาวน์ในคืนวันส่งท้ายปีเก่าจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม เวลา 20.00 น. เป็นต้นไป
- ราคาอาหาค่ำจะรวมอยู่ในอัตราค่าห้องสำหรับผู้เข้าพักที่มีวันเข้าพักครอบคลุมวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม สำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 2 ท่าน
- ไม่สามารถรับการจองที่มีวันเช็กเอาต์ตรงกับวันที่ 1 มกราคม
