Hotel Policy
General
- Safe deposit boxes are available in all guest rooms for the secure storage of valuables.
- The Management accepts no responsibility for loss of money, valuables, jewelry, or other personal belongings on the hotel premises.
- The Management also declines any responsibility for damage to and/or loss of vehicles and their contents parked in the hotel car park.
- Guests are advised that smoking is permitted only in designated areas of the hotel. Any violation of this policy will incur a penalty fee of THB 5,000.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during arrival, departure, and while in common areas such as the lobby, restaurant, or other public spaces.
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children throughout the stay.
- Pets are not permitted within the resort premises.
Bookings
- Rates in Thai Baht are per room, per night
- All room rates and services are subject to a 7% government tax and 10% service charge.
- Each reservation is subject to the hotel provider’s change and cancellation policy, which may vary.
- To confirm your booking, a valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
- In the event of a prepaid reservation cancellation, guests will be charged the applicable change or cancellation fees as stated in the confirmation email or indicated in the hotel’s policy.
Check-in & Check-Out
Check in time is 15.00 and Check out time is 12.00
- Early check-in: subject to 100 percent of charges
- Late check-out: After 12.00 PM but before 04.00 PM is subject to 50 percent of the room night charges. After 04.00 PM is subject to 1 additional night.
Guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID of the primary guest and booking details, including the confirmation letter, or booking number, at the reception desk. The Hotel does not accept third person/party details.
Children
- Guests aged below 2 years old are free of charge when sharing an existing bed with parents.
- Guests aged 2-11 years will be subject to an additional charge for an extra bed and daily breakfast at 50% rate per person from the regular price.
- Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
- Guests aged 12 years and above will be subject to an additional charge for an extra bed and daily breakfast.
Festive Season
- The New Year’s Eve Dinner & Countdown is on 31 December, 8 p.m. – late. Complimentary in rate for all reservations stay over 31 December for 2 adults.
- Reservations will not be accepted with check-out date on 31 December
