Concept: Our intention is not about making the best or most realistic paintings. Instead, we want to focus on feeling how the brush moves, see how the watercolors soak into the paper, and enjoy the beauty of the colors mixing in ways you didn’t expect right in front of you.

Allow our professional chefs take you on a sensory journey through the history of Thai cuisine. In our authentics cooking class, you’ll learn about the flavors, scents, and traditions that make Thai food special.  You’ll make food that you might enjoy here and then recreate it at home to share with family and friends.

concept: Exercise in water helps the body and makes movement safe and easy on the joints. Water’s resistance also helps muscles work harder, making a workout that is both low-impact and strong.

activity: With high-quality paper, brushes, and watercolors that are provided, the participants are tasked to paint simple landscapes inspired by the surroundings of the resort or just anything they feel. Useful advice and tips for beginners will be given to help you pay attention to how you feel while you paint.

activity: Learn how to roll the colorful rice flour balls for Bua Loy, or carefully pour layers of Woon Kati (coconut jelly). Every motion is an exercise in patience and presence. The class ends with arranging your handmade desserts beautifully and savoring the flavors of your own creation.

There will be relaxing music playing in the background.  With refreshing drinks, easygoing conversation, and a beachy vibe, it’s the perfect chance to meet other travelers and enjoy the spirit of togetherness.

activity: Using Phang Nga-sourced ingredients such as cold-pressed coconut oil, sea salt, coffee grounds, turmeric, and tamarind, guests will learn how to create simple body scrubs and facial masks. The session is hands-on, allowing participants to feel the textures, breathe in the aromas, and connect with the natural goodness of each ingredient while crafting their personalized skincare.
